Open Access Policy

Articles published by JuVoTek are made openly available immediately after publication. The journal does not apply a temporary access restriction, subscription barrier, or embargo period to published content.

• Readers may access and read published articles without payment.
• No personal subscription is required to access journal content.
• No institutional login is required to download published articles.
• Articles may be accessed through the official journal website from any location with internet access.

The journal adopts open access to increase the visibility, accessibility, use, and impact of engineering and vocational technology research.

Authors retain copyright in their published articles while granting JuVoTek the right of first publication. Authors remain responsible for the originality, legality, accuracy, and ethical integrity of their work.

Publication in the journal does not transfer authorship or scholarly responsibility from the authors to the journal, editors, reviewers, or publisher.

Published articles may be accessed, read, downloaded, stored, linked, shared, and used for legitimate scholarly, educational, and research purposes, provided that:

• The original authors are properly acknowledged.
• The journal title and original publication source are clearly cited.
• The article DOI or permanent publication link is included where available.
• The work is not misrepresented, falsified, or used in a misleading context.
• Any reuse complies with the copyright statement and licensing information displayed on the published article.

Authors may preserve and share appropriate versions of their manuscripts through institutional repositories, subject repositories, personal academic websites, and scholarly profiles, subject to the journal's copyright and licensing terms.

Open access publication does not automatically remove copyright restrictions that may apply to third-party tables, figures, photographs, datasets, maps, software, or other materials included in an article.

Authors must obtain any permissions required for third-party materials and clearly indicate applicable copyright or licensing conditions.

JuVoTek supports the preservation and continued accessibility of published scholarly content. Published articles and related metadata may be deposited, distributed, indexed, or preserved through journal systems, institutional services, indexing platforms, repositories, and digital preservation arrangements.

The open-access status of the journal does not influence editorial decisions. Manuscripts are evaluated according to their relevance, originality, methodological rigor, ethical compliance, clarity, scientific significance, and contribution to engineering and vocational technology.

The applicable copyright statement, license information, reuse conditions, publication charges where relevant, and other access-related provisions should be displayed clearly on the journal website or individual article page. Authors and readers are encouraged to consult the current policy information before reproducing or redistributing published material.
