Jurnal Aptana: Jurnal Ilmu dan Humaniora applies an open copyright and licensing policy intended to promote broad access, responsible reuse, scholarly collaboration, and the dissemination of engineering and vocational technology research.

1. Copyright Ownership

Authors retain copyright in their published articles. By submitting and publishing an article in JuVoTek, authors grant the journal the right of first publication and authorize the journal to publish, distribute, preserve, index, and make the article publicly available.

Authors remain responsible for the originality, accuracy, legality, ethical compliance, and integrity of all materials contained in their articles.

2. License Applied

Unless otherwise indicated, articles published by JuVoTek are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0).

3. Permissions Granted

Under the CC BY-SA 4.0 license, readers and other users are permitted to:

Share Copy and redistribute the published material in any medium or format.
Adapt Remix, transform, translate, and build upon the published material.
Use Commercially Use the material for academic, educational, professional, or commercial purposes.
4. License Conditions
Attribution Users must give appropriate credit to the original author or authors, identify the journal as the publication source, provide a link to the license, and indicate whether changes were made.
ShareAlike Adapted, translated, remixed, or transformed materials must be distributed under the same CC BY-SA 4.0 license or an approved compatible license.
No Implied Endorsement Attribution must not suggest that the original authors, journal, editors, or publisher endorse the user or the user's adaptation.
No Additional Restrictions Users may not impose legal conditions or technological restrictions that prevent others from exercising rights permitted by the license.
5. Recommended Attribution

A proper attribution should include the author names, article title, journal title, year, volume, issue, page or article number, DOI, and license statement.

6. Author Self-Archiving

Authors may deposit and share pre-publication, accepted, and published versions of their articles in institutional repositories, subject repositories, personal academic websites, scholarly networks, and other non-exclusive platforms, provided that the original publication is acknowledged and the applicable CC BY-SA 4.0 license is displayed.

7. Third-Party Materials

Third-party content included in an article may not automatically be covered by the article's CC BY-SA 4.0 license. Such materials may include photographs, illustrations, maps, datasets, software, tables, figures, trademarks, and other copyrighted works.

Authors are responsible for obtaining the necessary permissions and clearly identifying any third-party material that is subject to separate copyright or licensing conditions.

8. Moral Rights and Research Integrity

Reuse or adaptation of published material must not distort the authors' findings, misrepresent the original research, conceal modifications, or compromise scholarly integrity. Authors' moral rights and the integrity of the publication record must be respected.

The Creative Commons license deed provides a human-readable summary of the license. The full legal code governs the licensed use of the work.
